Man updates his Facebook marital status during his marriage ceremony

500x_reallyOkay, you know how I’m always about how technology should be used more in the church. I believe that there are limits to that.

The same applies at the wedding altar. It probably isn’t a good idea to update your marital status on Facebook during the ceremony. I suppose that it is funny, and the guy officiating the service had something funny to say about it. Normally most preachers aren’t that witty.

I probably would have waited until after the honeymoon, but that’s just me. See a video of it after the jump.

Fring is one step away from 2-way video

fring-one-way-video-calling-thumb-550x475-29430Here’s a new iPhone app that we will probably call “the beginning of mobile video conferencing”.

At least, in some future time we might. As of now, Fring seems to be made for one-way conferencing at best with Skype.

There is a video here after the jump to show you at least one good use for Fring, and it is utterly stupid.
