The PowerPak by Technocel

powerpak-header.sflb_.ashx_Granted, this isn’t the first time that I have seen products like the PowerPak from Technocel, but success is often seen by its number of forms.

The PowerPak is an on-the-go battery designed for those whose mobile devices run out of juice, and they just need “that little bit more”. The PowerPak can be charged by plugging it into the wall, and then using one of its many tips to charge whatever device is needed. According to the site, you can get about 3 hours of extra talk time out of the PowerPak.

You can see my full hands-on review here.

Tech News for the Day, Friday, March 26, 2010

Yes, I realize that I am a day late. I have been traveling quite extensively with CTIA 2010.

For example, I went to the LG booth and saw the LG Cosmos, along with the Remarq.

I also saw this cool shock absorbing gel called d3o.

I also saw this new Line2 for the iPhone.

I went to a party for Bitbop, available for $9.99 a month.

This is the Just5 phones with big buttons, and targeted to seniors.

I also found TextArrest, one of several stopping texting-while-driving techs at CTIA.

Here is the Phubby, keeping the mobile at the hand.

I saw two things that were “oh so simple” cell phone tools. The first was the Cell-Mate, and the other was the KlipWhiz.

Stopping by Opera’s booth revealed that they have an iPhone app that isn’t approved.

Decided to make some more videos: The Nokia Nuron, the Samsung Galaxy S, and the Samsung Soical Hub.

This is the iaPeel, a device which allows you to personalize your skin for your Mobile device.

Here’s the DriveNTalk KlaT 7, and it makes it safe to text behind the wheel, as does the iLane.

All this at CTIA 2010, which was quite cool.
