Beamz Interactive: Music with Lasers

n1461952301_30038929_4744The Beamz Interactive Music System is a musical instrument for the future. The user plays the instrument by crossing their hands through laser beams.

It works by attaching it to the computer, and then the user can select what sounds it will make when crossing the lasers. It will also do rhythms, and the Beamz Interactive becomes a tool for DJs of all ages.

It’s quite an interesting tool/toy, really. Read here for my full review.

Adesso Browser Cat Touchpad

ATP-400Adesso has made some quality PC products in the past, and they have recently released a Browser Cat.

Think of the Browser Cat as a step up from the mouse as it has a full touchpad with left and right mouse buttons. It also has some designated areas on the touchpad for scrolling and other applications.

For more information on the Adesso Browser Cat 2 Button USB Touchpad, read my full review here.

The iOmega iConnect

iconnect_enviro1I found that the iOmega iConnect was quite similar to the PogoPlug that I reviewed about a month ago. After all, it does the same thing as the Pogoplug, as it can put ones hard drive on the Internet.

What makes the iConnect from iOmega different is the QuickTransfer, Torrent, Retrospect Express backup, as well as support for Apple Time Machine.

You can read my full hands-on review here.

This one will be brief, as I’ve spent most of the last week at CTIA 2010.

Speaking of CTIA 2010, I had a chance to talk to SEVEN. Here’s a video of what they do.

The Star Wars Cantina game has come to the iPhone.

Check out this Coby MP3 Player, it looks like a Stone. Maybe even a Zen Stone.

Here’s an iPad App for DJs, the Mixr.

Aircell is offering six months of free in-flight Wi-Fi with T-Mobile’s HTC HD2.

Irreverent Reverence, Day 88: Divorced from the Law

What in the world is up with Paul in Romans 7 talking about divorce, and “what a wretched man that I am” stuff.

Maybe you should read Deuteronomy 23-24, Romans 7, and then the entry here.
