Pentax unveils the Optio WG-2 family of cameras
What you are seeing here is a new family of cameras from Pentax known as the Optio WG-2, a follow-up to their WG-1 series revealed one year ago.
As you might have guessed, these cameras are pretty rugged. They are waterproof up to 40 feet, and they are shock-resistant and dustproof.
They essentially have the same design, but they also have some other interesting features like a 16-megapixel, back illuminated CMOS sensor, 1080p (30fps) movie mode, and a micro-HDMI port. The viewer is a 3-inch job.
If you want them, be prepared to pay about $350 for them, but you will have to pay an extra $50 with GPS. Sadly, my Source does not have a release date.
