J5Create Part 2: The JUE130, JUA210, and JUA310

November 24, 2013 By Techno_Mark Leave a Comment

J5 Create Gigabit InternetIn addition to the J5Create stuff that I recently reviewed last time, I thought I should take the time to review three other products that the company has sent me as well.

The first is the USB 3.0 Gigabit Ethernet. This is essentially for any laptop or other kind of computer that doesn’t have an Ethernet port. Now, I am taking that from the company website, as I thought that every computer should have at least one Ethernet port. The speed increase will be 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet Connection, and again, I am quoting from the site. I am not much as an Internet expert as I am a user.

This particular device is plug-and-play backwards compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1, and is also compatible with both Windows and Mac OS. Well, you got to like that, and if you want to learn to like it too, then head on over to Amazon and pay about $29.99 (looks like it is marked down to half price).

JUE 210Okay, let’s continue to go in numerical order as I talk about the JUA210. This is a USB 2.0 VGA Display Adapter, and it allows the user to instantly add an extra monitor. It can support a display resolution of 1920 x 1200 with the ease of plug and play USB connectivity. Yes, VGA is not a problem with this. It can support up to four displays running on the Windows computer or two displays for the Mac.

Yes, it is both Windows and Mac compatible. Think of it as an extra video card, without all the complexity of opening up any computers. It is good for 720p HD with resolution of 1920 x 1200. If you like this, you can get it on sites like Amazon for just $49.99.

J5 Create VGA USB 3This leads us to the JUA310 USB 3.0 VGA Display Adapter. I would have to say that it is a step up from the JUA210, as it does the same thing, but for a higher resolution level (2048 x 1152). In fact, if you click on the link to the company site two sentences ago, you will see that its description is almost exactly the same, save for the higher resolution, of course.

The JUA310 has a slightly higher price at 67.95 on sites like Amazon, and this concludes our coverage of J5Create. I’ve got to give the company a huge shoutout for letting me review these fine products, and will say that they are good holiday gifts for those in need of such things.
