Our Review of the Matias USB-C PBT Mouse

December 11, 2022 By Techno_Mark Leave a Comment

So, it’s been a while since we reviewed a Matias product. The last time was also three years ago with the Ergo Pro, a keyboard, which normally what the company deals with. This time, it is a USB-C PBT Mouse, and it is as good as their keyboards.

So, this USB-C PBT Mouse is very ergonomic, and it feels very comfortable on the hand. I think it is because the mouse is made of a plastic known as PBT, a lot better than the cheaper ABS plastic used on most mice.

I’m not certain what else to say about this, but it has some OMRON switches as well as a TT encoder. Also, the USB-C PBT mouse is made to be controlled and customized with Mac OS mouse systems settings, very similar to the Apple mouse.

You can catch the video of this below, and I discuss the only drawback, as the cord is pretty small. If you are like me, you use the mouse with the right hand, but if don’t have a USB-C port on the right (or whatever correct hand you use the mouse for), then that cord is a very short length.

If you like this, you can head over to the Matias site and lay down $49 for it.
