I haven’t reviewed a SkullCandy product in about a year with the PLYR2. If you aren’t familiar with this company, try and imagine some sort of gourmet headphone manufacturer.

I’m pretty sure that the company has probably put out a Bluetooth speaker before, but this Air Raid looks pretty good with 50mm drivers. It also has a battery pack that is good for a 14 hour charge. So what about the sound? It has been described by my Source as “loud as hell”, which apparently translates to about 200 percent louder.

If you want it, you can get it for $150. I can’t help but feel that it was put out for the holiday season, and I would imagine it will achieve quite a bit of sales before December.
