Core Brands is going to bring a new form of wireless speaker to the world sometime this fall. Now, you might consider it a little premature for me to announce a wireless speaker for the fall in January, as even the networks don’t do that for their fall season.
You also might be thinking: “Big deal, a wireless speaker, everyone makes those”. What you are seeing here is the A 400, one of the wireless speakers that will be released in the fall. The other is the A600, which is a little smaller, but looks just the same.
So what makes the Korus different? Its wireless audio protocol uses superior signal connections with near zero latency, a SKAA system. Apparently, this is better than Bluetooth or NFC, and you can just hear all your audio files from your tablet, smartphone, or personal computer, no Wi-Fi required.
Another feature is Livestage, which projects a “multi-dimensional sound platform”. This means that it plays with a unique acoustic signature with enhanced sound quality.
I am looking forward to seeing if I can review these speakers. As I have said before, they won’t be around until the fall. The V400 will be available for $299, and the V600 will be available for $399. In the meantime, you can find out more about it here.
