Color Cables solve a problem that you didn’t even know that you have

February 24, 2014 By Techno_Mark Leave a Comment

Color CablesI recently got a chance to try out a product called Color Cables. This is a product that I never heard of, which makes sense, as it is an Indiegogo project. I highly recommend going to the site above link and see the video to see what problems these Color Cables solve.

Yeah, the video is a little overly done, and I think I hear the music from Christopher Nolan’s Batman movies in them. I never thought that charging cables were very boring, but I personally admire any company who is trying to make something normal more interesting. In the case of the Color Cables, they do glow in the dark. Now, these cables don’t plug in and glow, but they are coated with something that absorbs light and glows in the darkness. Yeah, it is essentially a glow-in-the-dark toy, but you tell me another company that is making these!

Color Cables says that they solved another problem as there is a notch so you know what side is up. Since they come in Lightning, 30-pin, and micro USB, this feature really comes in handy. Another handy feature is that they make the Color Cables in different cables so you don’t get them mixed up. They also come in different lengths of 3 feet or 6 feet.

If you want to get in on this action, head over to the Indiegogo page and pledge for some now. Seriously, give these guys a chance. Generally, when I write about Crowdfunded projects, they have usually met their funding goals. This one really seriously deserves some funding.
