Just yesterday, we reported on the Headwatch, which is essentially a smartwatch and Bluetooth headset at the same time. Today, we’ll report on the Exetech XS-3, which is essentially a smartwatch smartphone, for lack of a better word.
Granted, you will have a smartwatch that will stick up 2 cm from your wrist, but you will have an Android 4.0 device with dual-core MediaTek processor. You will have access to Google Play, but you will have access them with a 1.54 inch screen with 240 x 240 resolution. Other features include slots for micro-SIM and microSD, and 2 Megapixel camera.
The bad news is the battery. It will only last 18 hours on standby, but only uses 6-7 hours if you use it, and even less if you use the GPS. You should be able to get it soon for about $485.
