This is quite an interesting age with live in. It might not be the Space Age, but we have a spacecraft known as Dawn that has orbited a dwarf planet Ceres.
Ceres is the largest object on an asteroid belt in between Mars and Jupiter. Ceres is about 590 miles in diameter, and the Dawn spacecraft orbited it at 38,000 miles out. By the way, Dawn was launched in 2007, and then mapped out another dwarf planet named Vesta (about 330 miles).
So, I have heard something about these bright lights on Ceres, that have been talked about. I don’t really know much about that, but I think it is interesting that we are still doing this.
