JLab Epic Lux Lab Edition ANC Over-Ear Headphones

November 23, 2025 By Techno_Mark Leave a Comment

Introduction (Does It Do What It Should)

I have reported on JLab before, and I was pleased to receive what I am told is one of the most advanced pair of headphones from this company. I tried it, and I think this is pretty advanced, all right.

Like I said in the video, this product came to me pretty much out of the box. When I unzipped it, I found the typical things like a charging cord and an aux cord. What I wasn’t expecting was this hockey puck, and so when I linked it up, I found it was a magnetic charging thing.

I didn’t really expect this, and so I put down one of the earcups on the wireless charger, and it began to charge, with an indicator light and everything. I’m told that it has about 90 plus worth of play. It is actually 60 plus hours with the ANC on.

Speaking of the sound, it comes with 32mm dynamic drivers, for depth and clairty to your music. I mentioned in the video that it blocks out sounds from the outside pretty well, and it can block it up to 42db.

It also has this spatial audio algorithm to create a three-dimensional sound experience for some extra layer of immersion. Not only that, there is the JLab App that really allows for customization. Then there is a way to take phone calls with 4 cutting-edge microphones.

I should also mention the Fast Pair ability. This is what happened the moment I turned the headphones on to Bluetooth mode, and bam, my smartphone was ready!

You should be able to find the JLab Epic Lux Lab Edition ANC Over-Ear Headphones on the JLab site for a price of $199.99, but they are marked down to $129.99 at time of writing.

Facts About The Company

The JLAB lab is based out of San Diego, and they have a mission to create some really quality products for an affordable price. Their team is made of designers, product engineers, and a lot of enthusiasts.

What Does This Company Make?

I am seeing headphones and earbuds as their primary devices. But the webcam and the mouse are showing that the company wants to get involved in more products, so I would keep an eye on this company.

I’m going to have to say that there are a lot of headphones that you can purchase. I have to admit, this might be pretty expensive.
