Introduction (Does It Do What It Should)
It’s time for another review of some Epomaker products, and they are great at keyboards and even mice. We are going to review the TH87 and the QK108 keyboards.
Our Review of the Epomaker TH87
Okay, I think I might have mentioned that this keyboard is very minimalist, and I stand by that description. I suppose that I could describe its size as minimal, as it has an 87 percent layout.
I am told that it has a creamy gasket structure, and I believe that it is gasket-mounted with sound-dampening foams. Like all of these Epomaker and Mechlands keyboards that I reviewed, it has three-ways of connection. That includes some USB-C to USB-A cord, a 2.4G Dongle, and Bluetooth.
Oh, and it also has customizable RGB Backlights, and you can play around with the lighting patterns. I’m pretty certain that it has a lot of battery life at 10,000 mAh, and its 45 hours with the backlight on and 200 hours with the backlight off. Now, this is a hot-swappable custom keyboard, which is quite good as well.
If you want get it, you can go to the Epomaker website and pay $75.99 for it.
Our Review of the Epomaker QK F108 Keyboard
The QK108 is very similar to the TH87, which has a 100 percent full-size layout. It also has the Gasket-Mounted with Five-Layer Sound Dampening Design. Oh, it also has three different ways of connectivity with wired cable, wireless dongle, and Bluetooth.
What is really great is how it has a screen, and you can really use that screen for all kinds of things. That also goes for the knob, which I generally found synced right away and allowed me to control the volume.
Now, apparently this is a gaming keyboard, and it’s probably because it has that cool backlighting thing going on. It has a 8,000 mAh battery good for 229 hours RGB backlight off and screen off, but it is different if the backlight or screen is on.
If this is something you want, head on over to the Epomaker website and pay $99.99 for it.
Facts About The Company
Remember when I said that I didn’t know why it was called Epomaker, well, it is actually short for Epoch of Makers. The company is committed to providing feature-packed keyboards for every mechanical keyboard enthusiast.
I noticed on the packaging that there is a label saying AULA, so I’m guessing this is some kind of offshoot company? Apparently, the company is inspired by the agility and ferocity of a wolf spider, and I think I would remember hearing that before with all of these weird comparisons.
What Does This Company Make?
Like I said before, Epomaker not only makes a mouse, but Epomaker makes keyboards. Oh, they also make the Switches and Keycaps for them, too. They also make the accessories for the keyboards as well. That goes for the AULA, too.
