Epomaker RT82 Keyboard Review

March 15, 2026 By Techno_Mark Leave a Comment

Introduction (Does It Do What It Should)

It’s time for another review of some Epomaker products, and they are great at keyboards and even mice. We are going to review the RT82 keyboard.

When we talk about the RT82 keyboard, we like to talk about how it has three different ways of connectivity. This is the wired connection, the USB Dongle, and the Bluetooth. Then there is also the cool light patterns it can make, and we were able to demonstrate that on the video.

What I don’t have a good demo of in the video is the screen. It is detachable, and it allows for DIY Pictures or some GIFs. There is also a homescreen with some cool stats. Then there is this Type-Writer mode that tells you what keys you typed.

I’ll let you decide from the audio from the video how good the sound of the keys is. The layout is 75 percent, and the battery life is decent at 4000mAh for 15-40 hours of use with the screen on. With the screen off, it is at 115 hours.

I’m seeing the price available for $85.99 on the Epomaker site, but it is marked down to $73.09 now.

Facts About The Company

Remember when I said that I didn’t know why it was called Epomaker, well, it is actually short for Epoch of Makers. The company is committed to providing feature-packed keyboards for every mechanical keyboard enthusiast.

I noticed on the packaging that there is a label saying AULA, so I’m guessing this is some kind of offshoot company? Apparently, the company is inspired by the agility and ferocity of a wolf spider, and I think I would remember hearing that before with all of these weird comparisons.

What Does This Company Make?

Like I said before, Epomaker not only makes a mouse, but Epomaker makes keyboards. Oh, they also make the Switches and Keycaps for them, too. They also make the accessories for the keyboards as well. That goes for the AULA, too.
