I have reviewed Amzer products before, and I have always been pleased with them. I had a chance to review two after CES, and they include the Crusta and Kristal, both for the Samsung Galaxy S5.

I’ll start with the Crusta, which is a four-layered case that is somewhat stylish as well. Let’s talk about the layers: The first is a tempered glass screen protector, which looks a lot like the Kristal Tempered Glass Protector, which I will talk about later.

As for the second later, it is the embedded Tempered Glass Hard Shell Case, which is a core protective layer with an integrated protective Tempered Glass Backing at only 1.1mm thick. Then there is the Textured Finish TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber) Ring to add protection and provide a superior grip.

The last layer is one of those Belt Clip Holsters to buckle your device onto you with any orientation. Yes, you can spin it on your belt and do some interesting things.

As for the Kristal, I believe that I have pretty much covered that in the first layer of the Crusta.

It is a Tempered Glass HD Screen protector that we have seen before, honestly. It has protection from damage and scratches so your screen doesn’t crack like a lot of phones that I see. It will also keep your screen clean from fingerprints as well.
