Okay, look at this photo to your left, would you put your iPad so close to the water? If you had a DryCase, the answer is yes. I think we all know that such technology exists, for I have been reporting on cases like the Otterbox and Lifeproof on this blog for quite a while.
The DryCase is different as it is not a hard shield, but a loose bag that is not too burdensome on the user. I had a chance to try it out, and I like the novelty of it. All you need to do is put your tablet in the bag, and then seal the top with the four latches. Then you take the hand-pump and pump all the extra air out until the plastic is tight around your device.
That’s pretty much it. You have access to your tablet’s touchscreen, and all your apps. If you have connected the inside cable to the tablet’s audio jack, then you can listen to music. You might want to get a pair of waterproof headphones.
Okay, I don’t know how long the waterproofing will last, but the official site says that it has been tested to 100 feet for 1 hour. I am going to take their word for it. I have tried out their products in the past, I always recommend them for the future. You can get the Waterproof Case for the iPad and iPad Mini for about $59.95 on the aforementioned site.
