It has been quite a while since we have reviewed one of these Pitaka cases, and the last time was for the Google Pixel 4 and Samsung Galaxy S20. Those are still pretty new phones at this time of writing, and so it just makes sense to tackle the ones for the Apple Watch and the iPhone 12 Pro Max.
Pitaka MAGEZ Case for iPhone 12 Pro Max Review
I am really not certain what to say about the Pitaka MAGEZ Case for the iPhone 12 Pro Max that I haven’t said about the other two models that I have reviewed. This MAGEZ Case its kind of a one-piece and really one-sided case that I don’t really see that often.
The material is very light, which is some kind of aramid fiber. I don’t really know what this material is, but it must be made of something similar to feathers. It doesn’t seem to affect the magnetic wireless charging capacity. By the way, I really need to review one of PITAKA’s magnetic chargers.
In short, I think this might be something that you want for Apple’s biggest and newest smartphone, it can be purchased on the PITAKA site for $49.99.
PITAKA Air Case for Apple Watch Review
The PITAKA Air Case for the Apple Watch is visible in the image to the right, but without the Apple Watch in it, it is essentially a tiny chunk of plastic. It is a very light piece of aramid fiber, which means it can snap on an not add too much weight or real estate.
It is so tiny and feels like it could actually be pretty fragile, but it is pretty strong. It also has some really great style, as it is precision crafted.
Honestly, I am not certain what else I can say about it, other than you should get it. It is available on the Pitaka website for about $39.00.
