WEYE FEYE from XSories

January 30, 2014 By Techno_Mark Leave a Comment

Weye FeyeI’m not certain if I can put some product label on the WEYE FEYE (pronounced Wee-Fee), but those who are really into their DSLR cameras will love this. I’m sure their are all kinds of photographers, both amateur and professional that this was made for.

I’ll start with an explanation of what XSories’ WEYE FEYE is. The information that I have about it is that it is an external device made to connect with a DSLR, creating its own Wi-Fi network. This is good for two big features.

First of all, you can change the settings on your camera without even touching your camera. Since it is connected to your computer or mobile device via wireless 802.11n, you can access the ISO, Aperature, Shutter Speed, or White Balance.

The second big feature is the wireless sharing of content. You can view, select, and download the images from the camera’s memory to the smartphone or tablet directly and then share them instantly. It even comes with an integrated web server which allows up to 20 users to access the gallery from a browser.

Right now, I would imagine that there are all kinds of DSLR owners who are flipping over the possibility that the WEYE FEYE could be on their camera, and it is even compatible with USB Mass storage based cameras like the GoPro HERO, Sony NEX series, Sony QX series, or Pentax. If this is you, then you can go over to the XSories site and lay down $249.99 for it.
