Introduction (Does It Do What It Should)
Sharge had been very good to me for the past few months. I have reviewed a lot of stuff from them, like some kind of chargers and stuff, and I believe that the Shargeek is the ultimate charger. Not only does it have 24,000 mAh which will give all day power, but look at it!
What you can’t see, and what I didn’t demonstrate in the video, is how you can charge three different devices at once. There are two USB-C ports, and then there is a USB-A port as well. All ports can be in use at once, and you can get 65W on the USB-C ones.
You like those numbers? Check this out! There is a 170W max output with PD 3.1 with 140W max single-port output and then there is a 140W max input games up recharging from 0%-50% within only 20 mins.
Also, check out these numbers. There’s 5 charges for the iPhone 15 Pro, 1 charge on the MacBook Pro, 2 Charges for iPad Pro, 2 Charges for a drone, 2 Charges on a Switch, 1 Charge on a ROG Ally, and 4 Charges for a Camera. Yes, it is good to have a Shargeek 170 on you at any given time.
By the way, the design of the Shargeek 170 is apparently inspired by Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon. You can see that in the transparent prism silhouette style, and it is pretty cool.
Another great feature is that it is IP66 Water Resistant. In the video, I promised to look that up, and it means that it has complete protection against dust and high-pressure jets from any direction, but not against submersion in water. Oh yes, it is airline safe with over/under voltage protection, overheat protection, short-circuit protection, overcurrent protection, and overload protection.
I want to talk about its smart display. I am told that it is intuitive, but I had to check it out to make certain I was reading it right. For example, it’s recharging time is the top left, and then the output power is on the top right. At the bottom right is the input power is the wattage. The bottom left is how much power is in the big battery itself.
If you want the Shargeek 173, head on over to the Sharge site and lay down $199.00 for it. If you do it really fast, you might be able to get it for just $109.00 at time of reporting.
