I realize that we usually review consumer electronics on this here website, so why in the heck am I reviewing…lighters? Well, tech probably started with the creation of fire, so why not talk about something that can make it with these lighters. And hey, when you think lighter, you think BIC, right? That, or you think of pens or shavers, or…anything else that this company makes. Well, actually, DJEEP is its own brand.
Well, this is the DJEEP collection, and I am not sure what that stands for, if anything. (Actually, I found out that the “djeep” stands for the sound a lighter makes.) I suppose that part of it is the simple flicking with a big button to hold, but I’m not certain how DJEEP could abbreviate to that. Of course, it has the way to make the flame go higher, and I never understood how that works. I guess lighter technology is more complicated than I thought.
You can see that there are some really cool designs here. I will let you know about them starting from the top down. First is the Bold collection, which is so cool that it has to be in all caps. The Bold collection has that metal section which allows for a better grip, I guess. The Vibrant collection (also in all caps) is made to have some cool flair on it with flowers and leaves. Then there is the Elegant collection which has a look of marble. Then we have the Limited Edition with a kind of metallic look.
If you want to get any of these types of lighters that I discussed, head on over to the BIC website and pay $15.99 for a set of four of these types.
