It really is strange that I am reviewing a lot of Lightning charging cables, and if it wasn’t for the MiLi’s iData Cable Pro’s unique ability, I would ordinarily just not make it a subject of an article.
The iDataCable Pro from MiLi is a charging cable that has a microSD card slot inside it. That really comes in handy for when you want to store some information on a charging cable, which is something that I haven’t really tried to do, honestly.
So yes, it can charge up an iDevice, and you can store data in the card slot. This makes it easy for transfer when you truly want to. You can even use the in-App camera to save photos and other media to the card instead of the iDevice.
Just to let you know, I tried it out, and my computer didn’t recognize the cable without an SDcard inside. After that, file transfer is as easy as pie.
Just to let you know, it is pretty expensive at $69.99, but that is with 16 GB of storage, on a card. The model that I had to review didn’t come with a card, and I am not certain of the price of that. The price goes up to $99.90 for 32 GB, $129.90 for 64 GB, and $189.90 for 128 GB. Check it out for yourself on the MiLi site.
