In case you missed it, I did phrase the title of this post in the form of a question. The reason why is because I was surprised that the FUZ Designs has created the Noke, which is apparently the first Bluetooth padlock.
I have seen a lot of Bluetooth products that seem almost counter-intuitive to Bluetooth. I have seen door locks before, but I suppose a padlock is pretty obvious. Basically, you can just open a padlock with an application, and you can even share the Bluetooth opener with other users if you need to.
In short, there is no more key to lose. This is why the product is called Noke. It is pronounced like “No-key”. Get it? Well, if you don’t, and still want the product, it is on Kickstarter. It has made its funds.
