Introduction (Does It Do What It Should)
I wanted to check the definition of Sherpa before I started writing about the 100PD Ultimate USB-C Power Bank from Goal Zero, and as I suspected, this is a reference to the member of a Himalayan people living on the borders of Nepal and Tibet, the ones who are well-known mountaineers. Yeah, these are the people you want to have with you when ascending Everest, and the Ultimate USB-C Power Bank can be just as life-saving in the right situation.
So what is the Sherpa 100PD? Well, it is a Power Bank, but that’s like comparing an iPhone to a flippy cell phone. For starters, I can tell you that the Sherpa 100PD features 60 percent faster USB-C charging with 60W in and 100W out, and it is the best-in-class 15W wireless charger.
It is made for a lot of portable charging with 95 watt-hours of power, and you might want to skip below to the video if you want to hear more. One thing you might notice in the video is that there is a full color display, which was something that I had a hard time getting into focus. The display is great for getting a readout of how much power is left and what is charging.
I have to admit that this is the first charger that I have seen that allows you turn off the ports. Normally, a mobile battery just has a cover on its ports, and you push a button and it starts charging and turns off when done. I don’t see a reason to have the buttons, but hey, why not?
So yes, you can charge the Sherpa 100PD in many ways, and it comes with a cool USB-C to USB-C cord. You can hook it up to a solar charging panel, or hook it up to an AC adapter, or a car adapter.
Facts About The Company
I believe that I mentioned that Goal Zero is not just a company, but it is created by those who want to live life to the fullest, and they want to empower people with safe, connected, and sustainable future by delivering accessible energy resilience solutions at home and away.

What Does This Company Make?
They have a lot of power stations, solar panels, solar generators, not to mention home back-up systems. In short, they have things that we want to review in the future, and we certainly hope we will get that chance!

Maybe I Want It, But Is There Anything Else Like It? Maybe For A Lower Price? Please?
I just reviewed the Jinepin Solar Power Bank, which is way cheaper but not as powerful. That is the most recent, and we’ll have to talk more about mobile batteries and such.
