Introduction (Does It Do What It Should)

I will have to admit that I don’t have a cat, but if I were to get one, then I would definitely want to have one of these PAWBBY (I think it’s pronounced Paw-Baby) P1 Ultra Self-Cleaning Cat Litter Box. I think I mentioned in the video that it looks a lot like a stereo speaker from the seventies, only your cat doesn’t…do it’s business in that.

So how does it work? Well, you can see in the video that this has a removable roof, and then on the inside there is a cylindrical chamber. When it is time to clean it out, the round chamber rotates and puts the unclean residue into the tray below. The tray has a bag within, and all you need to do is change out the bag.

In addition to the easy-to-use bags that make cleaning easy, there are some odor beads that keep the area near the portal smelling fresh. The set-up was quite simple, and if you are worried about your cat getting caught in it when it does its…tumbling, you don’t need to. As it so happens, there are some special sensors that will insure that turning/cleaning operations will cease if you cat is close by (at least 30 cm).

And of course, there is an app for this. There is a lot that you can do on this, and one of them is tracking the cat’s weight and monitor the working status of the P1 Ultra Litter Box.

I just checked the company website, and the name is a combination of “PAW” and “BABY”. So I will stick to how I pronounced the company before when I pronounced it “paw-baby”. This company’s vision was to develop products equipped with intelligent hardware, like smart feeders, water dispensers, and litter boxes.

What Does This Company Make?

I believe that this particular model of the litter box is the only thing that PAWBBY is working on. I can’t seem to find anything else.

I have to admit that it is the most advanced automatic litter box that I have ever seen. I haven’t really reviewed many of these, but if you want to find something cheaper, good luck to you finding something as advanced as this.
