XTUOES Automatic Cat Feeder and Auto Pet Dry Food Dispenser

July 5, 2023 By Techno_Mark Leave a Comment

Introduction (Does It Do What It Should)

So, this is a very interesting product for those who love pets, and I just happen to be a big pet lover. I don’t have a cat, but I do have a dog that I have talked about a lot on this website and recently showed her in my video (and it wasn’t the first time).

This automatic cat feeder/auto pet food dry dispenser (for dogs) is made for exactly what you guessed it for. Yes, you can use your smartphone to control your pet’s meal at any time, from anywhere.

Now, I’m not certain if you should leave this with your dog at home on a long trip. After all, the dog is going to have to digest that food, and it will chose whatever floor is available. I suppose that if you had a cat, and it is box-trained, you could do that. However, I don’t know if I can recommend that, because I feel that your pet needs the human touch.

Okay, so here is the deal: the feeder is only suitable for 0.07 inch to 0.6 inch dry pet food. So it is possible that the type of dog food that you are using might not work on this. Also, it can provide pets on a schedule of up to 10 meals, up to 20 portions per meals. This means that a portion is 8-10 grams each portions.

So, if you have a dog, you should make certain that the amount of pet food is correct. By the way, there is an automatic cat feeder which makes cleaning easier and more convenient.

There is also a recording function, allowing you to call your pet when your food is ready. I find this hard to believe, so I am going to have to try it out on the video.

So, let’s talk about how this thing is powered. It has a 5V DC USB power cable, or it is possible to use 3 D-size batteries. Now, that 5V DC USB power cable requires some kind of adapter if you want to plug this into the wall.

Okay, I will have to admit that I wrote the first part of this article before I had actually tried the product and filmed the video, so I’m going to have to say that this product doesn’t do what it should. This is because I couldn’t get the app to work. If I could figure that out, I would gladly update this article. I am planning on giving this to my daughter who has a cat, and maybe she can figure this out.

Facts About The Company

I was kind of hoping that there was some website that XTUOES has, but I could not find it anywhere. This isn’t uncommon for me, as I’m guessing that much of the stuff from Timu probably doesn’t have a company name behind it. Okay, I don’t really know that much about Timu. Still, you get the point, there are some companies that just don’t put out much, I guess, or maybe it’s owned by some shell company, I don’t know.

What Does This Company Make?

Well, this pet feeder, but I find it hard to believe that any company that put this much hard work into a pet feeder would ever not make anything else. Maybe once this pet feeder takes off, they’ll make other things, I don’t know. (Dude, that’s the second paragraph that I have ended with “I don’t know”.)

Just the Specs, Man

If you’re the type that needs this info, this section is for you!

Here’s what I found on the Amazon website:

Material Silicone
Target Species Cat
Brand XTUOES
Breed Recommendation Medium Breeds, Small Breeders
Color Single Hopper, Single Bowl

If there is something on this that I didn’t cover, please let me know.

What Do the Reviews Say?

Not bad, actually, out of 436 ratings on Amazon (time of writing) it has a 4.5 average rating.

Okay, I Like It, Just Give Me The Link So I Can Buy It Already!

Maybe I Want It, But Is There Anything Else Like It? Maybe For A Lower Price? Please?

I did a search on the website for “pet feeder”, but I didn’t really come up with much. However, if you want to do that same search of “pet feeder” on Amazon, you will find quite a few of them, many of them able to operate with your smartphone, no problem.
