It really is hard to believe that we have a robot in space, the Robonaut. I have no idea how well this robot is doing its job, but this particular robot, a product of DARPA Robotics Challenge, has created the Valkyrie.

Now I have to say that the Valkyrie is the super robot, as the video above introduces. It does feel like a robot pulled from a science fiction book or movie, and I like how it resembles a Stormtrooper or Clone Trooper.

One of the things that I like about this is that the Valkyrie is very modular, so its battery pack can be easily replaced and that goes for the arm as well.

The long-term plan is to send this particular robot to Mars, and it is awesome to think there is a project like this. I also like that this seems to be a female version of a robot, but much cooler than the female one from T3: The Rise of the Machines.
