Generally, I usually avoid writing about crowdfunded projects, but there was something about the name of Puzzle Phone that I liked. It sounds like the perfect smartphone for The Labyrinth House. Yeah, if the Puzzle Phone wants to promote itself, then so will I.
Anyway, the Puzzle Phone is modular piece of equipment that has three easy-to-change modules. These modules are the Heart, the Spine, and the Brain. The Brain is the CPU, GPU, and RAM with the storage and camera. The Spin is the structure of the device that holds the LCD and all the electronics with a longer lifespan. The Heart is a secondary set of electronics including a battery that can be developed according to user needs.
All three parts can be easily upgraded, replaced, or repaired so it has maximum longevity and performance. So instead of just replacing the phone every year, you just replace certain parts. Also, if you bust the screen, you don’t have to replace the whole phone either.
As it is, here are the specs: Android 6.0 Marshmallow, 5-inch screen, 12 Megapixel rear cameras, 5 Megapixel front facing camera, 2,800 mAh battery, 3 GB of RAM, ARM 64 bits, 8 cores processor, as well as the usual Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS and other smartphone standards.
