Introduction (Does It Do What It Should)

I’m sure that many of you know that I am into LEGO. Shoot, I am working on two LEGO books at this time! Oh, I also have this LEGO Corner on my website that doesn’t exactly look good, really.

Anyway, if you want make your LEGO look better, then I highly recommend getting yourself some LeLightGo. Yes, I call it Let-Light-Go in the video, and honestly, I think it’s a better name, or at least a more descriptive name.

So, if you know anything about LEGO, they put out some cool sets. Yeah, I’m not certain how out-of-it you would have to be to not know that. I can tell you that there are a lot of great sets that are fun to build and…less fun to display. Yeah, I’m one of those type of builders.

The LeLightGo kits are made to put actual electric lights on your creations. Now, LEGO has some stuff that will actually light up their creations, but LeLightGo really takes it to the next level, making certain that their light kits are targeted to individual sets.

They contacted me to review their products, and I was surprised that I didn’t have any of the sets that they provide their lighting kits for. Actually, I’m not surprised at all, because have you looked at LEGO sets lately?

I was curious if I could adapt one of these sets to something that it may not be designed for, and I’m going to say that I believe it works. Granted, this was a set made for the Bugatti Chiron, and I used it on the Bugatti Bolide.

I have to admit that I didn’t really follow the instructions, and like I showed in the video, the kit itself didn’t come with written instructions. I had to go to the official website to find the instructions for these, and it was all pictures.

The kit that I got had a power source that uses three AAA batteries, and then it plugs in via USB A plug. From there, there are very small connectors with thin wires and tiny bulbs, which you will need to connect them in a very tiny way, and I wish I had way smaller hands to do this. These connector things are mini circuit boards, and they have some adhesive on the backs of them.

What Does This Company Make?

If LeLightGo makes something other than lighting kits for LEGO, they sure don’t have it on their website. I have heard that they have kits with lights and sound.
