You’re probably wondering why I am wearing these cat ears on my head. You may also be wondering why I am not smiling. This picture was taken at CES last week, by the way. Yeah, you will still be hearing a lot about CES for quite a while.

It has nothing to do with my mood. Trust me, no one was holding a gun to my head on this one. You see, the Neocomimi cat ears aren’t just a cute animal cosplay prop.

Can you see the thing on my forehead, somehow it can detect brainwaves. So if I cam focused, the ears will perk up. The ears will droop when I am relaxed, and will wiggle up and down when I am “in the zone”.

Just to let you know, I tried to get my ears to move, and they didn’t really work that way. I asked the person at the CES booth if I can learn control the ears, but the person told me that it isn’t about control.

I don’t know if you can see that thing on my ear, but apparently the thing on my ear also helps with the mental control. I noticed that the Neurosky site doesn’t show the ear thing, and I find that odd. Well, if you want to try it out, be prepared to pay about $99.99.
