What you are about to see in this video could be the future of sports. If you think that all the product plugs and advertisements are over-abundant now, you should see a basketball floor that is one big LED screen.

This wasn’t used on an actual basketball game, but a training in China hosted by the one-and-only Kobe Bryant. You can see that the floor can follow a player, and I believe that future games will feature stats on a player.

I don’t know if this LED court will soon become a standard for the NBA, but it will most certainly change the game. That, or we will so distracted by our Google Glass that we won’t even care.
