I just got finished reporting on the watch of the future, and now I would like to show the car of the future.
It really is all about renewable power for our vehicles, isn’t it? I mean, the earth only has so much oil, right? Let those oil companies get rich now, but soon all those old fossils will be no more!
Okay, enough with my doomsday predictions. What I am trying to say is that we need more of the renewable fuels like solar and the ever so popular electric car. The Indian company named Tata proposes a car that runs on a resource that we will hopefully never run out of: air.
The AirPod is a prototype car that uses compressed air to power itself, and can travel at speeds of 45 to 70 miles per hour. The air gets pumped in at a charging station, or is taken in while driving with the aid of an electric motor.
So is this the future of automobiles? If it is renewable, I would say: “sure”. However, I want to be able to pump air in this like I pump air in the tires. I wonder what the miles per cubic measure of air is.
