I’ve had a chance to review a lot of gaming headphones in the past, such as those from SteelSeries, and I was pleased to try out the NASH 20 from Mionix.
The NASH 20 has a 18mm memory foam headband with a soft touch rubber coated surface. It has swivel ear cups and 22 mm memory foam ear pads. I’m not certain why they chose black as their color, but hey, it is pretty universal.
I went ahead and plugged this into my computer, and I impressed by the sound. At first I couldn’t hear it, but I used the dial, located conveniently on the ear cup, and it was awesome. Anything with angled and 50 mm Neodymium drivers is totally worth the price of it.
Another handy feature is the 6 mm uni-directional microphone that can conveniently flip up when not in use. You got to love that.
What I like about this is how the high-lighted soundscape will give a player the advantage in a shooting game. If you are interested in it, you can buy it for about $153.37 on the Mionix site.
