Ozobot dazzles at CES 2014

OzoDrawWhenever you attend CES, there tends to be booths with all kinds of cool stuff that try to entice you to learn more. In the case of the Ozobot, it was the cool thing.

I knew that I just had to report on the Ozobot when I saw this tiny little robot be trained to follow a dark line. I also knew that I wasn’t going to be able to describe it very well, but just imagine a board game whose game pieces have come to life. As far as I am concerned, it really should have happened a long time ago.

The Ozobot has a photo sensor so it can detect what kind of light it is looking at, and it can also detect color as well. In short, the Ozobot looks like a lot of fun, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it becomes some next big thing. Right now, it is a Kickstarter project that can be ordered starting on January 15th, but you can find out more information about this product here.
