Introduction (Does It Do What It Should)
With the MIRAI Speaker, I found that I had to check out its claim, because it was quite a big one. Maybe you don’t have this problem with your television and/or soundbar speaker, but I find that when I’m watching a movie, particularly and action/adventure type, I have to turn on the subtitles. Part of that is just because the way sound works on TV’s, and most TVs don’t really put a lot in their sound in the first place, because most users just get a soundbar.
For me, I usually have to turn on the subtitles, because how else am I going to hear the characters talking in a film if not for reading it? I bring all this up because the Mirai Speaker is made for hearing the dialogue more clearly amidst the sound and music found on everyday TV and film.
So, you can watch the video of me setting it up, and you can see how easy it is. I mean, I just linked it up with the included optical cable, and I could have used the 3.5 mm one if I wanted to. What I couldn’t use was Bluetooth, and I wonder if I could have hooked it up to my smartphone if I had a 3.5 mm port.
I managed to try it out with some audio from one of my favorite films, “The Matrix”, and I found that I could hear the dialogue pretty clearly. Of course, this is one of my favorite films and know the dialogue pretty well, and I did have the subtitles on. Still, I thought it came through pretty well.
So I’m not certain if this was a perfectly scientific test, but I found that it was worth it. Of course, I did have to watch a few minutes of Operation Repo before I switched it to The Matrix on HBO Max (or, as they it, The Max).
I hope someone from any of those shows doesn’t sue me, but I wanted to have a cool demonstration of the MIRAI speaker. Just to let you know, the speaker comes with a volume control remote, and it includes the batteries.
I will have to say that this is was a pretty cool speaker that I was very pleased to review, and I will recommend it if dialogue is a problem on your current sound system.

As far as I can tell, this MIRAI speaker is a product made from a company known as SoundFun, which has a mission to “bring more joy and confidence into everyday life”.
What Does This Company Make?
I can’t seem to find any other product on here but the Mirai speaker, but SoundFun is all about this new “AudibleWave Technology” to “change the way sound reaches your ear”.

Maybe I Want It, But Is There Anything Else Like It? Maybe For A Lower Price? Please?
I have to admit, that I didn’t think that I had reviewed a lot of speakers made for the television, but I was surprised by the one by Creative Labs Stage SE Bluetooth Speaker. Everything else is just Bluetooth Speakers.
