TORRAS Review: COOLiFY Cyber Smart App Control Neck Air Conditioner and the Ultimate Slim MiniMag Wireless Power Bank 5000mAh

August 9, 2024 By Techno_Mark Leave a Comment

Introduction (Does It Do What It Should)

So, we had a chance to review more TORRAS products, and it is actually two different products with the COOLiFY Cyber Smart App Control Neck Air Conditioner and the Ultimate Slim MiniMag Wireless Power Bank 5000mAh.

Our Review of the TORRAS COOLiFY Cyber Smart App Control Neck Air Conditioner

I have always associated TORRAS with cases, but this is only because this is the first thing I saw them create. It seems like this company creates a lot of neck coolers, and this would be the first time that I have reviewed a product such as this COOLiFY Cyber Smart Neck Air Conditioner.

Well, you can see in the video as a testimony that the product does work, and work very well. I mean, it has a “vast 14,975 mm square cooling area with three TEC modules for head-to-back comfort”. It has patented graphene tech and 366 cooling particles, to enhance efficiency by 70 percent.

The COOLiFY has dual exhaust vents, the upper 6 and 2 airways to form a convection system, creating a 3D full-body cold air surround. There are 4 powerful aerodynamic motors spinning at 7200 rotations per minute boost.

As I show in the video, this Neck Cooler has an app. And this app has three modes of fan, cooling, and heating with an infinite adjustment of 0 to 100. I am quoting this from the website, so I don’t know how this is “infinite”. I think the app is the only way to control it, and it links to a device via Bluetooth.

I think one thing that I forgot to show is that it has an Ergonomic Design, which means that it caters to various neck sizes, with a snug and secure fit so it doesn’t slip off. My wife wore it around Walla Walla, Washington, and she kept pretty cool and it did not slip off.

I believe that I talked about the speed of charging, and how you can go from 0 to 80 percent in just 1.2 hours with the charging cable, which is a USB-C to USB-C, and it is also angled. As for the battery life, you’re looking at 6,000 mAh high-capacity battery of 15 hours battery life.

Oh, and it also has this cool (aesthetically speaking) carrying case.

Our Review of the TORRAS Ultimate Slim MiniMag Wireless Power Bank 5000mAh

Okay, I have reviewed a lot of mobile power banks, and so I always have to ask: how is this TORRAS MiniMag Power Bank? Well, it is pretty good.

The MiniMag Power Bank is about 0.3 inches thick/thin, and it is made so it can magnetically affix to a smartphone. It really works well with Qi-enabled phones, and I’m guessing that it works well with MagSafe compatible iPhones. The official website says it’s invisible on your iPhone.

So, here is one stat you probably want to know: how long does it take to charge your phone. You can charge your phone to 100 percent in just 2 hours. Like I said before, it didn’t come pre-charged, which I find odd.

Facts About The Company

I’m just going to guess and say that TORRAS is a relatively new company, but that could be only because I just heard of them this year. I don’t know, I tend to see these companies tucked away at CES and assume they are newer companies. Maybe I need to stop making assumptions when I am at CES.

From what I read on TORRAS “About Us” page, the company appears to be very committed to the environment. They claim that any purchase from TORRAS will help grow more trees and create a greener planet. In fact, they have planted 1,474 trees, and plan to grow 100,000 trees by the end of 2030.

What Does This Company Make?

I have already reviewed some TORRAS iPhone 14 cases, and you can see my positive reviews of those. I have also reviewed some iPhone 15 cases just recently, and I’m guessing that we’ll probably review the iPhone 16 ones when they come out.

Just the Specs, Man

If you’re the type that needs this info, this section is for you!

It doesn’t look like I have any specs on the TORRAS website, so I am going to leave this blank.

If there is something on this that I didn’t cover, please let me know.

What Do the Reviews Say?

There are currently no reviews on the TORRAS website, so let’s check out Amazon. The Coolify Cyber has a 4 star rating of about 1,875 reviews. The MiniMag Power Bank is about 4.5 stars out of 326 reviews.

Okay, Get To The Unboxing Already!

Maybe I Want It, But Is There Anything Else Like It? Maybe For A Lower Price? Please?

I don’t really have any other times when I did neck coolers. As for the mobile battery, how many have we done of these? Quite a few, actually. I’m not going to list them here, so just do a search, and you’ll find it.
