Ricoh Meeting 360 V2 3-in-1 Video Conferencing Device Review

March 5, 2025 By Techno_Mark Leave a Comment

Introduction (Does It Do What It Should)

The short answer to that is a big yes! I mean, once it was unboxed, it was pretty easy to set up. It came with two USB-C to USB-C cables, along with a wall adapter.

I plugged it in, and took my first conference call that you can see on the video. I used it with Teams, because we were having issues with it on Zoom, but I’m very certain that has nothing to do with the Meeting 360 V2 product.

There is a 3-microphone array with integrated 8W speakers, and I had to tell my computer to use them after it was plugged in. There are some definite features to the audio such as acoustic echo cancellation, automatic gain control, just so you will be heard. I definitely liked how there was volume control on both sides, as this device is essentially made to be centered in the middle of a meeting table.

There is a 360 degree horizontal and 45 degree vertical field of view, with resolutions of up to 1920 x 1080. You can see all kinds of demonstrations of this in the video, as there was this shot of the panoramic view which showed how cluttered my office/studio can get. I was able to switch modes pretty easily.

Now, like I mentioned in the video, the price is pretty up there at $1,049.00.

Facts About The Company

Good grief, there seems to be a lot of info about this company. I was hoping to just get a good “About Us” page, but man, I’m seeing all kinds of stuff here. Apparently, there big into helping businesses with their tech.

What Does This Company Make?

When I was on the conference call with these guys, which you can see in the video, they told me they make these conference call things as well as copiers/printers. I’m hoping to get another chance on something else, but I’ve got to finish this article first.

Okay, Get To The Unboxing Already!

Maybe I Want It, But Is There Anything Else Like It? Maybe For A Lower Price? Please?

If you want this, the price is pretty up there. I did review a similar product for this from Toucan/VuPoint that was considerable lower in price.
