Samsung working on mind-control tablet technology

April 22, 2013 By Techno_Mark Leave a Comment

samsung-headgearJust to let you know, what you are seeing here is not available now. However, you didn’t need me to tell you that. After all, if Samsung could develop some tech where a tablet that can interact with your brain, don’t you think your next Tab would have it?

Well, I suppose that if you want to wear a skull cap filled with wires, you could use this. However, you are going to work with Samsung and researchers at the University of Texas.

If you ever get to use this, I have heard that the brain impulses is accurate up to 80 to 95 percent. I have no idea how accurate the touch is, but imagine selecting an eyecon. I didn’t make that term up, but perhaps it could become a thing.

Well, we’ll see if it will become a thing. Of course, we don’t need to have that odd skullcap with wires. I’m sure Samsung is saying “can we make the headdress smaller?” Maybe if it is as small as that weird brain-interface thing in the movie Paprika. Perhaps we we’ll discuss that film on Speculative Fiction Friday sometime.
