I always like it when I get to review a product that everybody needs, and a docking station is something that most of us really need. After all, it seems like our laptops and even our desktops can run out of ports, so it stands to reason to give whatever computer you have something more.

This would be the first time that I have reviewed a product from this company known as VisionTek, and if this VT400 Portable USB-C Docking Station is an indicator of what this company is capable of, I look forward to reviewing more of their products.

So yes, I believe that I have talked about docking stations before, and it really comes down to what kind of ports they have. In this case, it has 2 USB-A ports and 2 USB-C ports, which are already good for a sale for me. To make the VT400 better, it can support two displays, as it has an HDMI and DP port. Oh, there is also a place for an Ethernet to go.

All you need is just a spare USB-C port on your laptop. What is really cool is how the cord to connect this docking station to a USB port just comes with it, really. I’ll show you that in the video.
