Grip2U Cases Review: The Slim and the Boost for iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Mini, and iPhone 12 Pro Max

March 5, 2021 By Techno_Mark Leave a Comment

It has been almost a full year since we have reviewed a Grip2U product. If you are not familiar with Grip2U, they create some very awesome cases that have a strap on them so you can’t drop it. We have a chance to review these ones, and they are quite something.

Our Review of the Grip2U Slim for the iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Mini, and iPhone 12Pro Max

I don’t why that I keep reviewing cases that are called Slim, as I just did a review of an Incipio Case with the same name. I can only assume it is because it is thin, but maybe it is not too slim, right?

You can see in the image how this is the metallic silver version, but it really feels more like some kind of hard plastic. I think I am kind of jumping the gun, but the Slim comes in Black, Clear, and Metallic Blue as well.

Other features include some Clean Action Technology as well as some wirelessly compatibility as well. You should be able to find it for the iPhone 12 Mini on the Grip2U site or Prevent the Drop for $24.99. The one of the iPhone 12 and the iPhone 12 Pro here for the same price of $24.99. As for the iPhone 12 Pro Max, I found it for the same price of $24.99 here in some different colors of Tinsel Red, Tinsel Gold, and Tinsel Silver.

Our Review of the Grip2U Boost for the iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Mini, and iPhone 12Pro Max

Now, you might be looking at the Boost case and think that this is an imitation of the Slim. Well, to that, I say, look to the left of the hole for the camera lens. That little trap door is essentially a kickstand, so that is the Boost, I suppose.

That, or it is made for Boost mobile. No, it isn’t, but it has the Clean Action Technology for antimicrobial protection. Now, this has some dual layer protection, so it feels different. Even with the dual layers, it still has the wireless charging compatibility.

You should be able to purchase the Boost on the Grip2U site for about $29.99. You can find it for the iPhone 12/iPhone 12 Pro here for $29.99 as well. It is also available for $29.99 here for the iPhone 12 Pro Max.
