LG has a refrigerator door on a refrigerator door

September 17, 2012 By Techno_Mark Leave a Comment

When it comes to refrigerators, there really isn’t much more you can do with them, is there? I mean, I suppose attaching a cold water dispenser and an ice machine was an improvement, but what else can you do with them?

Fortunately, LG has figured out something interesting with the Door-in-Door which allows you to open a door within a door. You know, I suppose this is good idea for the Go-Gurt that you want to grab really quickly and not warm up the giant ham you have in the back.

It also has 31 square feet for food, but so what? But it is the door-in-door feature that caught my eye. Of course, I would need to shell out $3,500 for it. I don’t think I spent that much on the one I have now.

Now, here is the only way that that fridges could be better. A blue light in the center of the room that keeps your food cold, without any doors or any doors within doors. I got the idea from Batman, with that cool light that was used to keep Mr. Freeze at bay.

Yeah, that’s the best idea for a fridge that I thought of.
