Tech News of the Day, Thursday, September 3

September 3, 2009 By Techno_Mark Leave a Comment

Tomorrow, I’m going to be covering the Penny Arcade Expo, and I’ll have lots to say about that, believe you me.

Until then, here’s some things you might want to hear about.

NFL really doesn’t like Twitter! Actually, they are just banning Twitter before, during, and after the games. Oh no, will churches be next? Seriously, just read the article. I’m not going to put a Christian spin on it.

Have you heard that SpongeBob Squarepants is 10 years old? If you have kids, you might now. Now SpongeBob has been around before they were. I found some interesting watches by Nooka that celebrate his 10th birthday, not the way you think, either.

Have you ever wanted an alarm clock that looks like a traffic light? In all honesty, neither did I. However, it is worth getting a look, because if this won’t get you up, I don’t know what will.

Get a look at the Panasonic Lumix DMC-GF1, a camera that is so well-made that it comes in two parts.

For those of you who like Nokia’s XpressMusic, then you might want to check out the X6 and the X3.

Ever wanted a huge 85-inch 1080p plasma display? Yeah, me too. However, I don’t have $30,000 to give to Panasonic.

For those that like the DJing, you might want to check out the DJ Mouse MP3 Mixer.

LG is working on a 15-inch OLED HDTV.
