The War between Verizon and AT&T

November 20, 2009 By Techno_Mark Leave a Comment

Oh, man, like the Rebel Alliance and the Empire from Star Wars is this new “ad war” between Verizon and AT&T. It started when Verizon with their Blockade Runner battleship dared to undermine the AT&T Death Star (think of their logo) by finding a weakness. Yes, AT&T’s 3G network has been called spotty, with wide open gaps in the United States.

The Empire struck back when they tempted Luke (that’s Wilson, not Skywalker) to do this pro AT&T ad. Luke mentions all the pros of AT&T versus Verizon, and surprise, AT&T excelled in 4 out of 5 categories. The last category was the network that begins with V.

You can view the two videos after the jump, and I’ll be certain to post the next battle/commercial when it appears on YouTube.

By the way, what is the point of the X not sticking to the “Name that starts with the letter V”. Are you trying to say that Verizon is not good at starting with the letter V? Last time I checked, it still does.
