Introduction (Does It Do What It Should)

ESR is a really good company, and we really appreciate them sending us some quality products, which include the Magnetic Wallet Stand and the Flip Magnetic Case for the iPad 10/11.

ESR Tech Magnetic Wallet Stand

The Magnetic Wallet Stand is one of those products that sticks onto your smartphone thanks to the power of magnets. It is designed for MagSafe, but I have found that I was able to use it on a non-iPhone, namely my Android phone with a magnetic ring on it.

It locks to the smartphone very strongly, and then you can bend it outwards. Why would you want to do that? Well, just in case you watch a video, and this will prop it up. Yes, it can do portrait and landscape mode.

This Magnetic Wallet is made to hold 5 cards, at least that is how much the box says it holds. The website says that it holds 1-3, though. Who is right? I’m going with the lesser value.

Then there is this bonus feature that allows you to pull out this strap so you can slip a finger in to help hold your phone with one hand. That feature comes in handy all of the time.

Flip Magnetic Case with Pencil Holder (11-inch A16 model)

Now, here is a case for the iPad, and it allows you to prop up your favorite Apple tablet in two ways. The first is the portrait mode, and you can watch the video and see how I had an issue with getting it to work, at first.

The second method is where the magnets come in, and you can adjust it so you can watch a video in landscape mode. There are three landscape modes, and it is definitely easier and more stable than the portrait mode.

I actually just reviewed something like this on Smartish with the Side Hustle. I’ve also reviewed quite a few iPad cases, and this one is pretty minimal protection, so that usually means that the price is low.
