Well, here is where I review a new product, and the Slim Multi-Link Bluetooth Keyboard with Stand. Just for kicks, I synced it to my mobile phone and I have decided to type this report on it. So far, it is feeling pretty good, and I am wondering if I can possibly write my next novel on this. The keyboard is pretty small, but it feels pretty natural. It has a short … [Read more...] about Hands on with the IOGEAR Slim Multi-Link Bluetooth Keyboard with Stand

The iOttie MiGo Selfie Stick Review
Some of you might remember that I just reviewed a Selfie Stick from Vivitar, and now it looks like I had a chance to review one from iOttie. Let's just say that after reviewing my second selfie stick, I was thinking that they are all alike. However, this MiGo Selfie Stick from iOttie is pretty good. In fact, I hope to review more iOttie products soon, but that is another … [Read more...] about The iOttie MiGo Selfie Stick Review
Ventev Products Review: USB ChargingHub 400, PowerCell 3015, Global ChargingHub 300, and ChargeSync
So, I've been reviewing Ventev products for years, and every once in a while, I like to report on the newest ones. Today, I'm discussing four of them that I have reviewed. The first product is something that we are very familiar with at The Geek Church, the mobile battery. Heck, we have reviewed four of them in the past month. This is the Powercell 3015 battery … [Read more...] about Ventev Products Review: USB ChargingHub 400, PowerCell 3015, Global ChargingHub 300, and ChargeSync
PhotoFast CR8800 iOS Card Reader
In reviewing the PhotoFast, I can't help but compare it to the MiLi iData Flash Drive, as they essentially do the same thing. The issue is that the PhotoFast is the "world's smallest iOS microSD card reader", and the CR8800 has a 16 GB MircoSD card included. So if you have some data on your iDevice that you want to offload, you can do that. Also, if you have some files on … [Read more...] about PhotoFast CR8800 iOS Card Reader
Some New Monster Products, Part 2: Mobile PowerCard
Well, it is time to review another product from Monster, and this time it is the PowerCard. I will be quick and honest with my review. The PowerCard is a Mobile Portable Battery, and it is a product that I have reviewed many a time. I am going to have to say that this version is different because it is smaller and very convenient. The PowerCard is about the … [Read more...] about Some New Monster Products, Part 2: Mobile PowerCard
Vivitar Bluetooth Remote 40-inch Selfie Monopod
I must admit that I have little experience with Selfies, except for the iVideoStick, a product that was probably one of the first selfie sticks that I never had the privilege to review. Fortunately, Vivitar was nice enough to send me their particular Bluetooth Remote 40" Selfie Monopod. This one has a telescoping pole with a spring-loaded gripper for the smartphone on the … [Read more...] about Vivitar Bluetooth Remote 40-inch Selfie Monopod
Some New Monster Products, Part 1: Selfie Case
I've been in touch with Monster a lot lately, and after attending their press conference at CES 2016 as well as their awards ceremony (which I'll detail at some other time), I have just been given the chance to try out the Selfie Case. It's pretty clear that we live in a selfie-obsessed society, as I have a daughter who takes at least a few per day. I don't think it is a … [Read more...] about Some New Monster Products, Part 1: Selfie Case
Hands on with the Innergie 45-Watt USB-C Laptop Adaptor
It's been a while since we reviewed an Innergie product, and they are very good at making some power supplies. In the case of the PowerGear USB-C 45, it is a 45-Wat USB-C Laptop Adapter. This guy has a USB-C reversable plug, allowing it to be inserted both ways, so you don't have to check if you're doing it right. All I have to say to that is: "Thank you". You will … [Read more...] about Hands on with the Innergie 45-Watt USB-C Laptop Adaptor
Bloxitivity Game
Well, I have to admit that this Bloxitivity Game is interesting, but I'm not certain how original it is. For some reason, I can't seem to place where I have played a game like this before, but I believe that I have played it, let me explain: Bloxitivity is a game where you have to move some cubes into certain places, but it is difficult to do that due to some obstacles. … [Read more...] about Bloxitivity Game
Our Review of the AtmosFlare 3D Drawing Pen
I don't know if you have heard of a pen known as the 3Doodler, but it is a 3D drawing pen. I have been trying for about two years to obtain a review unit of this product, but they did not respond to me. Today, I got a chance to try out the AtmosFlare, and I'm going to recommend it and not the 3Doodler out of spite alone. Okay, that was probably going too far, but I'm … [Read more...] about Our Review of the AtmosFlare 3D Drawing Pen
Matias Ergo Pro Keyboard
This isn't the first time that I have reviewed a Matias product, and after I saw them at CES 2016, I was pleased that they developed an ergonomic edition of their "quiet mechanical" keyboards with the Ergo Pro. So, this would be my first time typing on one of these ergonomic keyboards. Seriously, I have actually not tried this. I realize in this day and age, it sounds … [Read more...] about Matias Ergo Pro Keyboard
Speculative Fiction Saturday: Devil’s Advocate
Last week, I told you that I enjoyed the Keanu Reeves movie of Constantine, a story filled with angels and demons, even if they are not necessarily biblical in their depiction. While I am comfortable watching a film where spiritual warfare takes a very physical form, I just found that I had a hard time believing in the basic concept behind this film. Before I get to … [Read more...] about Speculative Fiction Saturday: Devil’s Advocate
Lynktec Reeljuice, a mobile battery with a four-foot retractable cord
This was another product that I found at CES 2016 and was glad that I had a chance to try out. I have to say that the Reeljuice from Lynktec is a mobile battery, which I have reviewed many times in the past. This Reeljuice could beat them all, with uniqueness alone. You see in the illustrations how it separates into three pieces, and I'll talk about the biggest one … [Read more...] about Lynktec Reeljuice, a mobile battery with a four-foot retractable cord
UAG Part 2: Magma Folio Case for the iPad 2 and Cobalt Case for the Surface Pro 4
Okay, today we are back with Under Armor Gear (UAG) once again, and this time we are reviewing two products: The Magma for the iPad Air 2 and the Cobalt for the Surface Pro 4. We'll start with the Apple product with a feather-light construction, as well as a soft core. Unlike the hard plastic case that I reviewed in Part 1, this one feels soft all over. It is soft … [Read more...] about UAG Part 2: Magma Folio Case for the iPad 2 and Cobalt Case for the Surface Pro 4
Tunebelt AB88 and AB89
It has been a while since I reviewed a Tunebelt product. Today, I'm going to do two with what the company sent me with the AB89 and the AB88. Even thought this is out of order, I'll start with the AB89. This particular sport armband is for iPhone 6/6S, and it will fit it if you have one of those Otterbox cases, or maybe one from UAG (you know, something similar). That … [Read more...] about Tunebelt AB88 and AB89
