ZAGG 2025 Review Part 1: Many Cases for the new iPhone 17 models

November 8, 2025 By Techno_Mark Leave a Comment

Introduction (Does It Do What It Should)

Since we received so many products from ZAGG, I figure that we should do two articles about their newest products, like we did the last time. I want to write about these cases for all variations of the iPhone, with one for the ZFlip7 and ZFold7.

Our Review of the Santa Cruz Snap for MagSafe Clear Phone Case with Stand for the iPhone 17

Okay, let’s start with the Santa Cruz Snap, made for the iPhone 17. Now, this guy is very clear, and you can get some really good protection with it, about 13 feet of drop protection with it.

Oh, and it also has a kickstand, which allows you to stand it up in portrait and landscape mode. It really is quite something. Oh, and there is also this textured grip, so it will not slip out of your hand that easily, will it? No, it won’t. Oh, and if you can’t already tell, it is MagSafe compatible.

The Santa Cruz Snap is available in all kinds of cool colors, for a price about $54.99 on the ZAGG site.

Our Review of the ZAGG Milan Snap for iPhone Air, Flower Pattern

I haven’t reviewed a lot of cases for the iPhone 17 Air, but this one is really great. Part of it is the Boho Blossoms, with a very floral flair and cool transparent look.

The Milan Snap is drop resistant up to 13 feet, and the design is very light, that is for sure. Another thing that is for sure is how the edges are well textured, so it will not slip from your grip very easily. You got to like that.

If you want it, you can get it on the ZAGG website for a price of about $49.99.

Our Review of the ZAGG Milan Snap for iPhone 17 Pro, Iridescent Pattern

I don’t know about you, but there is something very, very beautiful about the Milan Snap. Part of it is that it is reinforced with Graphene, one of the most strongest materials in the world, and the other is the wonderful rainbow look.

If you have this case in your hand, you will find it to be very translucent. The Milan Snap has been test and proven to protect it from drops up to 13 feet (4 meters).

I’m sure you can probably tell by looking, but it is MagSafe compatible. The Milan Snap has been treated with an antimicrobial treatment on its slim design, and it has a lifetime warranty.

You can get it on the ZAGG website for a price of $49.99.

Our Review of the ZAGG Sedona Snap for iPhone 17 Pro Max

And now this is a good time to look at the Sedona Snap! Unlike the other cases we just discussed, this guy is a bit more smooth. That is, it doesn’t have the textured edges, but its design insures that it won’t slip from your hand very easily, for sure.

Part of it is the reinforced bumpers, which make it feel very rubbery, which works for it. It also has some serious graphene in it, which is 200x stronger than steel. Oh, and it is made of 82 percent recycled content.

If this is something that you want, head over to the ZAGG website and pay $49.99 for it.

Our Review of the ZAGG Crystal Palace Snap for iPhone Air

Now this Crystal Palace Snap is quite similar to the Santa Cruz one, really. You can definitely see why it is called the Crystal Palace, as it is so very clear.

You can also see that it has the cool kickstand, which I believe is on other models, including the Santa Cruz. This guy has a very cool textured edge, and best of all, it is MagSafe compatible. Plus, as I have said about the last case for the iPhone Air that I reviewed, it is so very thin!

Anyway, it can be picked up on the ZAGG website for a price of about $59.99.

Our Review of the ZAGG Crystal Palace Lite for iPhone 17 Pro Max

All right, here is another case that you can find that is clear as water! Yes, it is no accident that it is called the Crystal Palace, and it is Lite because it is minimalist in its design.

The drop resistance might fall a little bit short as it is 10 feet. It also has some anti-yellowing that I don’t think that I have talked about, but it is actually a feature in many of the other ZAGG cases that I have been reviewing.

What I don’t think it has is Magsafe compatibility, so I hope that isn’t a dealbreaker. If it isn’t, then get it on the ZAGG website for a price of $29.99.

Our Review of the ZAGG Sedona Snap for iPhone 17

Okay, you got to love the Sedona Snap, so now we are reviewing it once again, this time for the iPhone 17! We’re also loving the really cool color, which is described as Dusty Grap Purple.

This one also has the soft touch exterior as well as a graphen infused backplate. I forgot to mention the shock-absorbing bumpers. It’s good for 13 feet of drop protection, and is MagSafe compatible. I should also mention that it has a very comfortable grip.

If this is right up your alley, it can be purchased on the ZAGG website for a price of $49.99.

Our Review of the Rainier Snap with Kickstand for the iPhone 17 Pro

I might be ending on one of the finest cases for the iPhone 17 series with the Rainier Snap. I mean, this one really has a lot!

It has some increased drop protection with 22 feet, and it also has the cool kickstand. It also has shock-absorbing bumpers, but not the textured sides. It comes in a cool variety of colors and is clear in the middle and opaque on the sides.

If this sounds great to you, head on over to the ZAGG website and pay $69.99 for it.

Our Review of the ZAGG Bridgetown+ for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7

So, we’re past the iPhone cases now, and getting into the ones for Android phones. Specifically, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 for this first case, the Bridgetown+.

The Bridgetown+ has hinge protection, and the whole thing is strenghtened with graphene, which helps with the whole impact and scratch protection. Now, I have to admit that it is made to fit in the pocket very well!

If this sounds good to you, it can be purchased on the ZAGG website for a price of $69.99.

Our Review of the ZAGG Bridgetown Snap for the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7

Okay, so it is time for the last case. I actually had the phone to match this case, or at least the dummy for it. You can see all of these demonstrated in the video, so that is cool, right?

Anyway, the Bridgetown Snap has some really great graphene protection against any impacts like scrtaches. It is pretty great, and compatible with magnetic accessories. So yes, if you have the Flip 7, you have to love it for what it is!

It can be purchased on the ZAGG website for a price of $59.99.

Facts about the Company

As far as I know, I don’t think ZAGG is some kind of acronym for anything. According to the company website, ZAGG is a global leader in accessories and technologies to empower mobile lifestyles.

What is interesting is that ZAGG is not just one brand, but many. For example, there is the ZAGG “Life Unleashed” products made for a mobile lifestyle. Then there is the Invisible Shield products who were the original category creator of mobile screen protection. Then there is also the Gear4 stylish cases, with D3O, which is a market-leading impact production material. There is also Mophie, which is an award-winning designer of chargers, creator of the juice pack, which could be the first mobile battery (maybe, but they were one of the first that I remember seeing and reviewing).

What Does This Company Make?

As I have said before, the company makes a lot of products which include cases for mobile phones, screen protectors through Invisible Shield, chargers through Mophie, plus keyboards and other accessories.

Rather than talk about it, I think it would be better if I just put links to past ZAGG products with articles that I have written in the past.

Just the Specs, Man

If you’re the type that needs this info, this section is for you!

There were specs listed on the individual entries of these ZAGG products, but it was only one figure: weight. Considering how long this article is, I could use a little trim.

If there is something on this that I didn’t cover, please let me know.

Okay, Get To The Unboxing Already!

Maybe I Want It, But Is There Anything Else Like It? Maybe For A Lower Price? Please?

Like I said before, I’m pretty bushed after all the work that I put in on these two ZAGG articles/videos. Just do a search on “cases”, and you will find them, trust me.
