Well, this is the last UAG product that I will be reviewing today, and it is quite a great one with case for both the iPad Pro, the 9.7 inch version and the 12.9 inch version. I'll go ahead and start with the case for the iPad Pro 9.7-inch version. The case is described as being "Frogskin" non-slip grip. I think that they got the non-slip grip part right, but something … [Read more...] about UAG for Christmas, Part 3: Cases for both the Apple iPad Pro, 9.7 and 12.9 inch versions

STM Part 2: Dux iPad Pro Case
In addition to reviewing the STM bag that I reviewed the other day, I figure that it was now a time to review another STM product. This one is the Dux case for the iPad Pro. The Dux rugged case is made to just snap right on the iPad Pro, and it not only protects the device but has a place to hold the Pencil. I'm talking about that cool accessory that Apple just released, … [Read more...] about STM Part 2: Dux iPad Pro Case
Brydge 12.9: Keyboard for the 12.9-inch Version iPad
I have reviewed Brydge products before, and they make some really terrific keyboards for the iPad. There are a lot of keyboards made for tablets, and this has some special clamps made to hold an iPad. I was pleased to try out the Brydge for the 12.9 inch iPad Pro. Other than the bigger width, I wasn't certain what I was expecting. The 12.9 inch iPad Pro fits right in … [Read more...] about Brydge 12.9: Keyboard for the 12.9-inch Version iPad
Sound Cover Tablet Speaker from Onanoff
It's been a while since I have reviewed a good Onanoff product, and since they make a lot of good ones, that is a shame. I will quickly summarize this product saying that it is a speaker made for tablets, and it is stated that it can boost the iPad volume by 400 percent. I have to admit that this is one product that I thought would be something else, but when I reviewed … [Read more...] about Sound Cover Tablet Speaker from Onanoff
Catalyst Case for the iPad Mini 4
Well, in an age where everyone needs a case, and there is a lot of good ones like Lifeproof and Otterbox. The last time at CES, I had a chance to review a case from Catalyst for the iPhone 6/6S. For the drop … [Read more...] about Catalyst Case for the iPad Mini 4
PURO Case Wallet, Running Band, Booklet Slim, and Case Leopard
We had a great chance to review several new products from PURO, and these particular items are made for the iPhone 6/6S and the iPad. I'll star with the Case WALLET for the iPhone 6/6S. This is one of those cases that opens like a book, and then there is a place to hold a credit card. Perhaps this is meant to hold a driver's license, and you don't need cash or another … [Read more...] about PURO Case Wallet, Running Band, Booklet Slim, and Case Leopard
Hideaway Case for the iPad Pro from Gumdrop Cases
It has been a while since I reviewed a product from Gumdrop, and I was pleased that I have had a chance to review the Hideaway Case for the iPad Pro. I'll start by saying that the Hideway case really spotlights how big the iPad Pro is with its 12.9 inch screen, making the Case look like a digital picture frame or a small TV set when propped up. Yes, it is propped up, … [Read more...] about Hideaway Case for the iPad Pro from Gumdrop Cases
Brydge 9.7 Keyboard for the iPad Air and iPad Air 2
I realize that what you are looking at in the image looks to be an overhead view of a MacBook Air or MacBook Pro. However, if you look closer, this is an iPad on a Brydge 9.7 keyboard. Yes, this is a Brydge, and it is spelled as incorrectly as a super-hero of the nineties. When I saw this product on display at CES with an iPad in it, I thought I was looking at a small … [Read more...] about Brydge 9.7 Keyboard for the iPad Air and iPad Air 2
PhotoFast CR8800 iOS Card Reader
In reviewing the PhotoFast, I can't help but compare it to the MiLi iData Flash Drive, as they essentially do the same thing. The issue is that the PhotoFast is the "world's smallest iOS microSD card reader", and the CR8800 has a 16 GB MircoSD card included. So if you have some data on your iDevice that you want to offload, you can do that. Also, if you have some files on … [Read more...] about PhotoFast CR8800 iOS Card Reader
UAG Part 2: Magma Folio Case for the iPad 2 and Cobalt Case for the Surface Pro 4
Okay, today we are back with Under Armor Gear (UAG) once again, and this time we are reviewing two products: The Magma for the iPad Air 2 and the Cobalt for the Surface Pro 4. We'll start with the Apple product with a feather-light construction, as well as a soft core. Unlike the hard plastic case that I reviewed in Part 1, this one feels soft all over. It is soft … [Read more...] about UAG Part 2: Magma Folio Case for the iPad 2 and Cobalt Case for the Surface Pro 4
MiLi iData Flash Drive
So, now that I have been back from CES, I can finally write about all of the cool stuff that I saw there. It is going to take all year to write about, honestly. This is the iData Flash Drive from MiLi,and I have been wanting to review it for a while. Simply put, the MiLi iData is essentially a thumb drive for an iDevice. As you can see, it has a Lightning connector and it … [Read more...] about MiLi iData Flash Drive
Our Review of the iRig Acoustic from IK Multimedia
I have to admit that IK Multimedia's products are usually a very niche product, and the iRig Acoustic is the first acoustic guitar mobile microphone/interface for acoustic players. As you can see in the image, it is essentially a guitar pick shape that clips on the guitar or other appropriate stringed instrument. It clips on very easily, and it uses this MEMS … [Read more...] about Our Review of the iRig Acoustic from IK Multimedia
The Kensington KeyFolio Thin X3 for the iPad Air 2
I had this chance to try out this other Kensington keyboard with the KeyFolio Thin X3 for the iPad Air 2, and I have to admit, I can do more with it than I thought. Sure, it is a keyboard for the iPad Air 2, but it is also much more. What is interesting is how you can use the KeyFolio Thin X3 on the go as a battery for a mobile device. The keyboard has a 1650 mAh battery … [Read more...] about The Kensington KeyFolio Thin X3 for the iPad Air 2
SEIDIO Part 1: DILEX for the iPad Air 2 and OBEX for the iPhone 6
Well, as you can see, this is one of those "Part" stories, which means that I received a lot of product from a certain company, and I am going to review them. I'll go ahead and start with the Apple products from SEIDIO with the DILEX for the iPad Air 2 and OBEX for the iPhone 6. I have reviewed a lot of Griffin Technology products before, and this is another iPad accessory with the TurnFolio with keyboard for the iPad Air 2. TurnFolio with keyboard for the iPad Air 2 is pretty cool product with a Bluetooth keyboard that sticks to the Folio with a magnet.
