Introduction (Does It Do What It Should)

The MAG-X reminds me of another terrific product from iWALK, but it simply doesn’t have a stand. The MAG-X is made to stick on the back of a smartphone that can magnetically charge.

Now, I don’t think that this is made for MagSafe, but it certainly does help. All you need to do is charge it up (which can recharge in 2.5 hours), and then just lock it on the back and it will charge your smartphone device. Since it is only 0.5 inch thick (or thin), it should stay on your smartphone while its in your pocket, hand, or desk.

I am told that it has PD 18W input and output, supporting 18W. Not only does the charger support wireless charging, but it can do USB-C wired stuff as well, or just about anything, really.

Oh yes, and I forgot to say that it has a digital display, so you will see the numerical value of how much charge is in this.

Okay, I’m going to be honest. I found several companies with the moniker of iWALK, and I believe that this company is devoted to accessories.

What Does This Company Make?

Lots of Smart accessories, and I am hoping that we will get to know them more. In fact, we might review something in the near future. I certainly said that last time, and did receive something so…I’m wondering if this will be just be a regular thing. Like I said in the video, this is the fifth item that I have reviewed from them in the past six months.

Okay, Get To The Unboxing Already!

Maybe I Want It, But Is There Anything Else Like It? Maybe For A Lower Price? Please?

Yes, I believe there are quite a lot of good alternatives, and it has nothing to do with this product not quite working for me. In fact, you might be able to get this product for a lower price, such as this one from Mophie. Then there was the ESR Halolock, and then this one from AUKEY, a company that I want to review soon once again. There is also this one called Vissles-W, and I totally don’t remember it. I do remember the one from Scosche, so we’ll have to look at that company soon once again.

Whoa, hang on a second, I just realized that I just talked about the chargers that really work well for the desk. Let’s just try a mobile charger. Oh yes, there is one from iWALK that works just well. Oh of course, we did a review of several portable ones for the CASETiFy. I also did this one from Scosche. Oh, we’re also doing one from ROMOSS here soon.

Yeah, there really is no shortage of portable chargers, so I’m sure will be reviewing them in the future.
