Introduction (Does It Do What It Should)
All right, I had a lot of creative fun with the video, and I kind of didn’t really do much of a review of this product. In my defense, I didn’t have the right phone, as I only have access to the iPhone 16, not the Pro and Pro Max models. I have a lot of confidence in Catalyst, and they make some really super-cool cases, and Total Protection really is great as it can really protect a smartphone from water.
While I wasn’t able to test it, you could put a Total Protection case on your compatible iPhone and sink it 33 feet underwater. I’m told that is IP68 certified, and I’m going to assume that you can do this in salt or fresh water, but don’t really know for sure. I do know that it is snow, dirt, and sand proof. These Total Protection cases are also drop tested for 6.6 feet, so that is even more protection now, isn’t it?
Now, it is 5G and wireless charging compatible, but there is no MagSafe ring, and I am told that “may affect magnetic alignment”. I’m told that you don’t have to fear losing the Face ID, and your buttons for Camera Control will be very easy to press as swipe moves are not supported.
It also has scratch-proof touchscreen with 9H protector, hard-coated optical lens for clear photos, as well as true sound acoustics for clear calls and noise cancellation. As I mentioned in the video, there are two integrated attachment points for accessories and lanyards, and it comes with a wrist lanyard included.
You can wash this case with soap and water, and it is cleanable with EPA-approved disinfectants (70% isopropyl alcohol, 70% ethanol, Lysol® Wipes, Clorox® Wipes or OptiCide 3® Wipes. Avoid povidone-iodine cleaners. The Total Protection case also has a premium non-slip rubber exterior.
If you like this and want to get in on this, head on over to that Catalyst site and prepare to pay $89.99 for it.
Facts About The Company
According to the “About Us” on the Catalyst website, it says: “We design and manufacture iconic products for people, businesses and organizations that can help them protect their personal devices, company assets and health”.
I feel like Catalyst is made for the same audience as GoPro, because these cases and accessories are made for those people who want to go on some serious adventures. They are a definitely recognized brand with award winning innovation sine 2010.
What Does This Company Make?
They are most well-known for their cases, which provide protection for phones, and I believe that they only do iPhones, at least for now. They do some accessories as well, as they protect iPads, Airpods, Apple Watches, and AirTags. As for other non-Apple products, they protect Samsung and Google earbuds.
I’m going to just put all of the times that I talked about Catalyst products. This is our last review of the Influence cases, not to mention the Crux Series. Then we reviewed a lot of products for the iPhone 13 by Catalyst. Oh yes, we reviewed the AirTag products.
Just the Specs, Man
If you’re the type that needs this info, this section is for you!
As it turns out, Catalyst makes this protective case for all kinds of iPhones, and I don’t think I need to go through them, as they seem to be just measurements.
If there is something on this that I didn’t cover, please let me know.

Maybe I Want It, But Is There Anything Else Like It? Maybe For A Lower Price? Please?
We have been reviewing a lot of cases for the new iPhone series, so I just recommend looking into that and see how it will work for you. Off the top of my head, I have reviewed models from UAG, Casetify, INCASE, and much more.
