Introduction (Does It Do What It Should)
Personally, I like reviewing things that I can get my head around, and this particular Bluetooth Speaker from Altec Lansing is about as simple as it gets, and yet, it is so very cool. The Mix 2.0 is a Bluetooth Speaker, that is true, but that’s like saying a Lamborghini Countach is a car.
To review this particular speaker was like setting myself up in front of that giant amplifier that Marty McFly had in Back to the Future. I felt that the sound of this speaker was going to blow me across the room. I kind of wish I had used that kind of illustration in my video. While I am on the subject of my video, I’m going to say that I used David Bowie and Queen’s “Under Pressure” as an example of how great the sound is, and I got flagged by YouTube, but do not regret it.
To my surprise, this is a Bluetooth Speaker that is battery powered. In fact, it has up to 20 hours worth of battery life. Not only that, it is IP67 certified, which means it is waterproof, shockproof, and snowproof. Oh, and there is 5 LED illuminating light modes, so it brings the party while you party.
In short, the Mix 2.0 is the speaker that you want if you want big sound. I think that is all I have to say about that, but that is totally enough.
Facts About The Company
I have reviewed Altec Lansing products before, but I really had no idea that this company has been around for decades, in fact, almost a century. So this particular company really puts out a lot of awesome products, and shows no sign of quitting.
What Does This Company Make?
I would say that there is a specialty in audio products, like headphones and earbuds. They often produce quality products at low products, so I can’t help but like what they do.

What Do the Reviews Say?
I checked out the company website, and I didn’t see any reviews there. The Amazon review shows up at an average of 4 stars, and I think that is a little low, it deserves at least 4.5.

Maybe I Want It, But Is There Anything Else Like It? Maybe For A Lower Price? Please?
I reviewed a Creative Labs Stage SE Bluetooth Speaker, and it was pretty good. Creative Labs also did the MUVO Go. We also reviewed the VisionTek SoundTube XL V2.
