Introduction (Does It Do What It Should)
Okay, we’re going to discuss three Turtle Beach products this time. We always love to review their gaming accessories, and this time, we have the Kone II Air Wireless Ergonomic Gaming Mouse, the Roccat Vulcan II Air Wireless Keyboard, and the Stealth Ultra Gaming controller.
Our Review of the Turtle Beach Kone II Air Wireless Ergonomic Gaming Mouse
All right, so I had loads of fun reviewing this particular mouse, but then again, I’ve reviewed them before, just about two months ago with the Burst II Air Mouse. It was also 2.4 GHz wireless with a dongle and Bluetooth connectivity, but I got to check out the Kone II Air this time.
The Kone II Air is ergonomic in its shape, and it has a very long battery life. We’re talking 350 hours with Bluetooth, and it also has 130 hours for the wireless dongle. What is really interesting is not only does it have something like 7 buttons, but they are 21 customizable functions. It’s quite something.
Speaking of something, the scroll wheels is worth writing home about, which is why I am writing about it. There doesn’t seem to be any clicking going on with it, and it can be scrolled in four dimensions, up, down, and side to side.
If you want to, you can check the specs below. And it is available in white or black on the Turtle Beach website for $119.99.
Our Review of the Turtle Beach Vulcan II Mini Air
Okay, now for a review of the ROCCAT Vulcan II Mini Air, which is a 65 percent mini form factor. I am assuming that is a reference to its size, as it is very Mini.
Like the Kone II Air, it is wireless, with a dongle or Bluetooth, or you could just plug it in. By the way, it has a very high battery life, as you can adjust the lights on the rainbow keyboard for your work (750 hours), work and play (150 hours), or just holiday mode (90 hours).
Yes, I should talk about how cool the rainbow lights are on this guy. They are adjustable, and I hope that my video got good footage of the lights in action. I really like how the keys look very unique, but I might have made that comment about the last Turtle Beach keyboard that I reviewed.
Our Review of the Turtle Beach Stealth Ultra Wireless Controller
Okay, now to review a controller from Turtle Beach, and I can’t seem to remember when we reviewed another controller from this company, but I am very certain that we did. Because…yeah, we’ve reviewed a lot from Turtle Beach. The Stealth Ultra is said to me the “smartest controller”, and if you look at this particular controller, it certainly is very smart.
You can watch me in the video try this out, and it does have some anti-lag going on with it. I don’t think I picked the best game to try this out with, as I tried this out with Tinertia. I then synced this up to an Android phone and played a little bit of Minecraft, and it was very much not laggy.
As I edit the video, I see that it seems a little bit difficult for setting up, at least for the Android device. And also, I am told that this Stealth Ultra can work with Smart TVs, but I’m guessing I just wasn’t smart enough for that and was running low on time this week and didn’t have time to write this review before Friday, but I did make the dealine.
Facts About The Company
I have reviewed many Turtle Beach products before, as you can see when I talk about what else the company makes. I don’t know if Turtle Beach was first to the make third-party gaming headsets, but it would not surprise me if they were. They have been a fan-favorite brand for a while, and we’re always pleased to review them.
What Does This Company Make?
I should also take the time to say that Turtle Beach is also over the ROCCAT brand, bringing German innovation with genuine passion for PC gaming products. Oh yes, they also make Neat Microphones, and we have also reviewed those.
Just go ahead and skip to the end of the article if you want to see some other headsets Turtle Beach has reviewed, and you can just do a search for gaming mice, as Turtle Beach has made a lot of them. Here is the Stealth Pro Review that I did a few months ago. The last time we reviewed a Turtle Beach product was the Recon 70 Gaming Headphones and Velocity One Flightstick.
I also did a very recent review of Turtle Beach two months ago, and here it is:

We reviewed some products from GameSir with the Cyclone and Cyclone Pro, and we also reviewed the G7 Wired Controller.
If you do a search for Turtle Beach on my website, TheGeekChurch.com, you will find many types of controllers, with the Atom and Recon Cloud made for mobile devices. I reviewed the Recon about two years ago, which was made for Xbox. Anything else was more than five years ago.
We also reviewed some gaming keyboards with the Cherry and the Mountain Everest Max, so you can compare prices on that.
